Add files section

I'm looking for inspiration on how to approach a project like this. I'm building a website for a client where articles with attachments (docx/pdf) will be added (by the end client). The layout should look like the attached image: a header, the content, and at the very bottom, a section with files that the client will be adding. How do I create a download section in the Zeroapp where the client can add any number of files and give them titles?
