If User A reserves a time slot (e.g., January 7th at 1:30 PM) and another User B attempts to reserve the same time slot, there is currently nothing preventing this from happening—there is no lock mechanism in place.
As a result, until User A confirms their reservation, other users can book the same time slot, which can lead to serious organizational issues as I could end up with multiple users booking the same slot.
It is essential that the time slot is locked for a configurable duration (e.g., 15 minutes or more) to avoid reservation conflicts.
How can this be resolved quickly, please?
