I have previously created a form which contains tags to display several lines in radio list items, see what I have done last year here : https://medeco-ch.com/fr/formations
if you click on one radio item on the "topic of the course" section, you'll see that below radio list items display several lines for each of the items.
I tryied to reproduce it today but no matter what I do the same section of the form seems to always delete the tags, showing everything on the same line, link to the page is here : https://medeco-ch.com/fr/formations-2026
Is there a way of correcting that ?
