Cannot update from 2.3.0.2 to 2.3.1.3

Trying to update BaForms from 2.3.0.2 to 2.3.1.3 in Jommla 5.3.2 i gat this error:
"Failed to extract file: option_com_licenseactivations_task_baforms.update"
Any idea?
