Critical error with YooKassa plugin

Hello, Vyacheslav!
I am contacting you with an unpleasant error in the YooKassa payment module. The problem occurs when the buyer pays through the gateway of the payment module, but does not click the "return to website" button. This leads to the fact that the payment is successfully processed and gets into the YooKassa personal account, but it is not published on the website itself, i.e. there is NO new order in the personal account on the website, and neither the client nor the administrator receives an email. But the order is displayed in the MySQL database, and then you have to manually "pull" it back to the site. I am attaching a screenshot with the problem of what the order looks like when the payment has been completed, but the order in the personal account on the website has not been displayed.
Could you help with this issue?
