When I select a form to export neither the "export" button at left or top provide option for CSV - only exports as XML.
I watched your tutorial video and cannot replicate the step where one can select either XML or CSV radio buttons - my process is as follows:
After selecting a form then clicking "export" button, browser immediately opens with "form.xml" awaiting location to save to computer. I do not see a pop up anywhere to select CSV or XML first.
Replies are visible only to logged in members with an active subscription.
