We built a directory using the Zero app and wanted to know if there was a way to tie a form to it. What we're wanting to do is have a user fill out the form and then it automatically fills out the information in the directory. (see attached). The reason for this is we're trying to limit the work load of someone filling out a form and then us having to copy and paste their information into a new record.
