Submitting a feature request does not create any obligation for Balbooa to implement, develop, support, or release the requested functionality.
All feature requests are considered suggestions only, regardless of the number of votes, comments, or level of community support they receive.
The final decision on whether a feature is accepted, postponed, modified, or rejected rests solely with the Balbooa team.
Community interest, review activity, or internal discussion does not constitute a promise, commitment, or indication that a feature will be delivered.
2. Priority and roadmap
Feature requests do not influence Balbooa’s development priorities, timelines, or roadmap commitments.
Balbooa reserves the right to:
- Ignore or decline any feature request
- Implement similar functionality in a different form
- Change, delay, or cancel planned features at any time
Any references to potential features, ideas, or future improvements are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon when making purchasing or business decisions.
3. Ownership of ideas
By submitting a feature request, you agree that:
- Your submission is non-confidential
- Balbooa may freely use, adapt, modify, or incorporate the idea into its products without compensation, attribution, or obligation
- You waive any claims of ownership, royalties, or intellectual property rights related to the submitted idea
Balbooa may already be developing, or may independently develop, similar or identical features without any obligation to notify you or acknowledge your submission.
4. Moderation rights
Balbooa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Edit, close, merge, or remove feature requests
- Lock discussions or disable comments
- Remove content deemed inappropriate, misleading, abusive, repetitive, or off-topic
- Suspend or block users from submitting feature requests or participating in discussions
Moderation actions are taken to maintain a constructive and respectful environment and are not subject to appeal.
5. No support commitment
Feature requests are not support tickets.
Submitting or discussing a feature request does not imply:
- Technical support
- Implementation assistance
- Response guarantees
- Follow-up communication
For technical issues, bug reports, or product assistance, users must contact Balbooa through official support channels.
6. No liability
Balbooa is not liable for any decisions, actions, or inactions related to feature requests, including but not limited to:
- Non-implementation of requested features
- Changes in product direction
- Removal or closure of discussions
Balbooa shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or expectations arising from submitted feature requests or related discussions.
7. Acceptance of terms
By submitting a feature request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, as well as Balbooa’s general Terms and conditions, and Support policy.
