I have a subscription with you, but I need to install Forms on Joomla 3.10, so I had to find an older version because the latest one is not compatible.
In order to fully use all the Forms features, I had to perform an update and log in to activate my subscription. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work on the website – only the limited demo version is available.
How should I proceed?
