Gmail and Bcc emails from form not being received

I cannot get Gmail to send Test emails from the website unless I use PHP Mail.

When I fill out a form as a test, the Thank You message arrives at the inputted email address, but I do not receive the information from the fields.

I added an Admin email address as a Bcc, and that does not arrive either.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
