Gridbox 3. Store Settings and Emails

Gridbox 3. Store Settings and Emails

In Gridbox 3, we’re getting a major update not just to the interface, but also to how familiar features work and interact. Today, we’re kicking off a big section dedicated to admin changes in the Gridbox Joomla eCommerce. This is only the first part. There's a lot more to come. So get comfy, and let’s go!

Joomla Website Builder Gridbox 3. Store Settings and Emails

Store Settings. Cleaner and Convenient

The Store Settings section has been completely restructured. Such options as Email Notifications, Currencies, Taxes, and Order Statuses have been relocated to other places.

Now, Store Settings is a clean, structured section focused on your business data and the logic of your online store. It's presented in a whole new way, making it easier to navigate and fill in the necessary information. Nothing unnecessary and no confusion.

Business Information

Everything is now even more organized than before. The Business Information modal is designed in the native Gridbox 3 style. More space, improved readability, and a clear layout of fields make working with this section more convenient. The new field positioning is easier to view, and additional scrolling is no longer distracting.

Edit Invoice

Editing invoice details is now easier than ever. The new Data Tags modal is all about clarity, logic, and order. Fields are well-structured, and the interface feels light and visually clean.

Wishlist and Units

The Wishlist Only for Registered Users and Default Weight Unit options are no longer lost among other options. Each has been given its own item with a neat modal window. Everything is styled in the Gridbox 3 design language. It looks elegant and harmonious.

Checkout

Authorization and checkout settings are still located in one place. Options are well-organized inside a convenient modal window, so you won’t miss any settings. Clear logic and maximum control, that’s what it’s all about.

Email Notifications. A New Structure

We have worked to make the process of creating and editing email notifications as smooth and comfortable as possible. No more cramped layouts, the new modal window is as spacious as a seaside apartment. Let’s take a closer look at what’s changed.

Email Notifications are now live in a separate menu. We’ve not only changed the location but also the entire approach to how they're displayed. Now the layout matches the native Gridbox 3 design for a seamless user experience. It’s faster and more convenient to work with.

Better Way to Manage

Managing Email Notifications is now more efficient than ever. We’ve added a toolbar that lets you easily bulk manage selected emails. Use the search field to instantly find the email you need, no more endless scrolling. With customizable sorting, you can organize your emails with a simple drag and drop.

As with other similar views in Gridbox, email notifications you can sort by columns. Also, for more informative, we have added two new columns: Email Type and Email App.

All these improvements are designed to give you more control, save time, and make your work inside Gridbox 3 smoother.

Adding and Editing Email Notifications

We’ve moved the button for creating Email Notifications. Now, to create a new Email Notification, just click the familiar Add New Item button. It's the same as throughout Gridbox: logical, consistent, and exactly where you'd expect it to be.

The editing modal now follows the native Gridbox 3 style. It automatically adjusts to 80% of the screen height, giving you more space to work with and reducing the need to scroll. Everything feels more open and accessible.

We’ve also rethought the layout of the fields inside the modal. Now everything is organized clearly and naturally, just the way it should be. Required fields are now marked with clean icons instead of text labels, making the interface easier on the eyes and more user-friendly.

As you already know, Data Tags in Gridbox 3 are added through a modal with checkboxes. You can filter tags by category using the dropdown inside the modal. Easily scan all the available data tags and select what you need without any friction.

And finally, editing the Email Body now happens in a full-featured TinyMCE editor. You have all the tools you need to craft emails that are not just functional but also polished and visually engaging. Your notifications can now look as good as they work.
