I installed my joomla website in a subfolder as I have other domains sharing the same hosting account. I did not want it to mess up the root directory.
After installing Joomla, I want to hide the subfolder example https://www.xxx.com/abc (with and without www) from my customers.
I want the customer to see my site url as https://www.xxx.com (with and without www) only. Thereafter, the subfolder should not be accessible as well when I type https://www.xxx.com/abc
I am using Cpanel, what is the best way to do it, and will it still be considered as 1 balbooa license in this case? And will it affect all future updates and installations of plugins and etc.?
I lost touch in building a website for a long time, trying to pick it up again. Your help is greatly appreciated.
