How to change default pagination style?

Hi,
I'm using the template "The Truth" (https://www.balbooa.com/showcase-template/gridbox-themes/truth)
For category template, I would like to use the default pagination view (instead of the "load more" view). But I don't like the vertical design (see attachment). How can I change the CSS for the default pagination block ? My goal would be to display it on a horizontal view to get a better design.
