I am in the process of planning a website for my client where customers will be able to book party rooms for birthday parties. The website will be built on Gridbox with the Booking App. Everything looks very promising, but I've gotten stuck on one point. The client wants the reserved dates to be visible on the front page so customers don't have to call him to ask if a specific date is available.
I know that a customer who is booking a room will not be able to reserve a date and time if it's unavailable. However, the site owner would like to have the option to show already reserved dates in a calendar or in another way, specifically to avoid "is the date available?" phone calls. There is a Gridbox Calendar app, and you can even select the booking app and a booking category within it. However, it seems the calendar doesn't work with the booking app, a fact that is confirmed by other forum posts.
