How to renew a subscription plan?

Hello,

Following your instructions from this link: https://www.balbooa.com/help/general-questions/billing/renewing-subscription-plan

I went to my profile and opened the My Subscriptions page, but next to my active subscription there is no Renew button, only Change Plan.

I would like to renew my subscription while the discount is still active, so I’m wondering how I can do that.
