We have a small store, but it has already gained popularity and has a turnover of about $9,000 per month.
What are we missing to make customers even more engaged in the store?
- General billing for the purchase of all goods
(This is important because we give the client a permanent discount on general purchases, and it is important for the client to see the life)
- Discount system for clients
(We've now implemented this through user groups, but it's not entirely convenient.)
- More flexible delivery system
(Our primary products are digital, but we want to also offer physical products within the same website. Currently, combining these two is very difficult, as the digital products we sell don't follow the same system as Gridbox. All this is directly related to the delivery system.)
- Displaying an avatar bypasses the old avatar system.
(Displaying a separate avatar for integration into website pages for greater personalization for the client. This is necessary not only for the store but also for our second project.)
- Normal filter system for the store
FORMS
- Construction of a complex chain of a large number of positions for the form.
(We tried to create a large form for cars and found that the system couldn't handle more than 800 items. Our store also needs to do something similar, but we can't implement it due to these limitations.)
I'd be glad if the gridbox team takes note of this =)
