Nested Category Selection for Multi-Level Categories in Forms/Submission Forms

When a category has multiple subcategories, the system should support nested selection options based on the selected main category. This is the feature requests for forms and SUBMISSION Forms

For example:

Main Categories: Color, Shape

If the user selects Color, the nested subcategory options should display:

Red

White

Blue

If the user selects Shape, the nested subcategory options should display:

Rectangle

Triangle

Circle

The subcategory options should dynamically change depending on the selected main category, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a better user experience.
