we run a Joomla installation on our package, for a short time no more forms can be sent, the spinner is rotating forever.
We have updated everything and really tested everything possible, without success.
Under System->Server you can send a test mail, this does not work, so it is probably not due to your component, it simply does not get any feedback.
So the system can not send mails or only very delayed, we do not receive any at least.
After some time, the error message appears in the backend, "When retrieving JSON data, an HTTP status code 404 was returned."
Since it has already worked for a long time with the existing settings, there must have been a change on the server side.
Since it is time with the migration to the CPanel hosting at our provider, we assume that there is the problem.
