I've followed and double checked the instructions for sending notifications to the client and admin: https://www.balbooa.com/help/tutorials/forms/troubleshooting/form-not-sending-emails
Checking via mailtrap, when I submit a form:
- the admin notification is sent OK
- the customer notification is not sent

What should I check / configure?
