I would like to propose official support for developing custom Gridbox plugins. Currently, we often have to rely on Joomla modules to bring in external content, which lacks a live preview and native styling options in the editor.
Having a way to build custom plugins would allow us to integrate third-party data (for example, a product carousel from a custom e-commerce component) while maintaining the native Gridbox experience. These plugins should support:
Live Preview directly in the editor.
Standard UI Controls for colors, margins, and fonts, utilizing Gridbox's system styles.
Native feel for the end-user, making external data look like a seamless part of the page.
Ratings are available to members with an active subscription only.
