Pagespeed Problem With Forms, Gridbox and Gallery

Hi there,

There is a 1.6s delay with all my gridbox sites using forms or gallery or both as they try to load a language check that is unnecessary as I only use 1x language on my site.

Here's the files:
/index.php?option=com_baforms&task=form.getFormsLanguage
/index.php?option=com_gallery&task=gallery.getLanguage

There's also an accessibility helper file that probably can be removed:
/modules/AccessibilityHelper.js

Also, please can you tell me how I can add "font-display:swap" to all icons, I know I'll need to override but it's annoying as all fonts now should use swap, icons, heading, body.
