Product Options Not Available on Product Option Selection List

Hi, I'm experiencing a problem with the E-Commerce platform.

The product options created don't appear on the selection list when editing a product listing.

From the list of 20 created product options, only 15 product options appear on the list for selection.

Any advice on sorting out this issue? Or could it be related to exclusions created between different product option types?
