Slider titles and SEO

Hey guys. I’m using Gridbox post slider to show “related tours/posts” on multiple pages on a site. Right now, the slider title element can only be set to an H tag (H1–H6) but I need to be able to set it to a p tag so that it is not introducing the same set of htags on every page where the slider is used.

It is great to have the slider from a UX standpoint so I would love to keep it but for SEO it is not good. These slider items are not real page sections, so forcing them to be headings creates a heading-heavy template on every page where it is used.

It dilutes page targeting and makes heading hierarchy confusing for search engines and users.

A simple addition of choosing title to have the option for a p tag solves this and we could still style the title to look however we want just like the htags allow. See screenshot for where we want to be able to select a p tag.

Thanks for considering it!
