Add start and end publishing options for sections, rows, columns, and plugins, similar to the functionality available for articles. This feature is necessary in situations where content needs to be available only within a specific time period. For example, if we have a conference registration form and the registration deadline is January 30, 2026 at 23:59, the form currently has to be disabled manually. With start and end publishing dates, the form could automatically become unpublished after the deadline, without any manual intervention.
