Hey guys. We've had this problem in the past and it's resurfaced again. We have an area where a customers required to upload a picture and most of the time that picture comes through, but sometimes it allows the order to process, but the picture is missing.
Also I noticed on older orders the picture is missing and when I check the assets folder components/com_gridbox/assets/uploads/attachments the image is not there yet the order went through and shows the filename in the order in the backend admin. Is there a retention policy for number of days image uploads are kept? We need the image uploads to stay with the order indefinitly. I noticed in the assets folder the assets do not go back very far in terms of the dates of the uploaded images.
