We just checked when our renewal is due, and it’s coming up in a couple of weeks. When pressing the renew button, we were shown the following price:

We were under the impression that renewals typically come with a discount as a way to value returning customers. However, it appears that renewing actually costs more, which seems unusual.
At the moment, a brand-new Pro Unlimited account on your website is listed at $270 USD per year, and that’s the base price, without any Black Friday or special promotions. So, as existing customers, why would we pay $16.40 more to renew?
For that reason, we’ll hold off on renewing and instead purchase a new account during your Black Friday promotion, as the current renewal pricing doesn’t feel quite fair.
